The rooms felt cramped because they’re so small, and the housekeeping and basic upkeep were disappointing. Daily cleaning wasn’t done properly. I don’t see how this place earns the five-star reviews people have posted, and it didn’t meet even one-star standards for me. The experience didn’t justify the rating, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I spent nine nights here, from December 28, 2025 to January 6, 2026, after choosing the hotel based on Booking.com and Google Maps reviews. Being in a tourist area made it easy to get around and find things. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had a wonderful stay.

There are plenty of halal restaurants nearby, and Little Arab street is very close. It’s about a five-minute walk from the hotel to NANA BTS. The location is good, and the service and staff behavior were good too. The room, though, is very small.
