The Nana location made it easy to reach restaurants, attractions, nightlife, and public transport around Bangkok. Staff were usually friendly and accommodating, though communication problems sometimes caused confusion and frustration. At Rose Nana Hotel, the rooms were clean and had the basics, but they felt dated and were missing some modern amenities. Noise from outside could also interrupt sleep. My stay was okay, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Better communication, room amenities, and noise insulation would make the experience more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy it. It’s right around the middle of soi 4, with loads of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms are clean, and it’s cheap for this area.

The rooms were okay and good value, and the location is great. The staff seemed pretty miserable when we checked in, though they were much nicer the next morning.

The room and location are a great deal for the price. The bathroom is tiny, and the soi 4 side gets some noise until around 2 am, which was fine for me. Be aware that all the rooms are smoking rooms. I had to leave the first one because the smell was too strong for me as a non-smoker, but the replacement room was fine.
