Inbed Hotel

It’s a newer hotel compared with the older ones, with a modern but simple design. It seems aimed mostly at Malaysians and people staying one or two nights. There are no meals or extra amenities, so it’s a fuss-free stay, and secured parking is provided. The soundproofing could be better, and the door makes a loud noise when it closes. Nothing too fancy, but it works well for a quick stopover.

The hotel is just off the main road, with everything about a minute’s walk away, and the border is also within walking distance. It’s excellent value, clean, modern, stylish and very well maintained. I’ll certainly come back. Much better than the 'grand view' hotel, which is very old and dirty. My only complaint is that some street noise comes through when it gets loud. The hotel is only four stories high.

I had a very bad experience with reception. The receptionist charged my card twice for two nights. Nobody at the hotel told me about it the next day, and I only found out from my bank account when I checked out. She didn’t even apologize. I did get back the money I’d overpaid for the two nights 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.

The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. Inbed Hotel Dannok is conveniently located near the Thai-Malaysian border, with nearby attractions easy to reach. Rates are reasonable, making it a solid choice for a short stay or quick stopover. Amenities are basic, though, and noise from the surrounding area can be heard because the soundproofing could be better.
