The room was comfortable, had enough space for two, and the WiFi was good. It’s easy to reach the train station, and breakfast from the café downstairs comes with the stay. Just keep in mind it’s a residence, so don’t expect hotel-style treatment. That worked perfectly well for us.

The staff were nice, and there’s a cute coffee shop on the ground floor. The room was clean and had air conditioning, a refrigerator, towels, and basic shampoo and soap. It’s under a 5-minute walk from MRT station Petchaburi. There’s no elevator, so getting heavy bags upstairs could be a problem.

The surroundings are nice and it was okay overall, but they don’t clean the room each day. You have to pay THB 500 if you want it cleaned.
