The free spiritual walking tour offered by the hotel was a trip highlight. Peace was a wonderful guide, sharing insights about the city with warmth, enthusiasm and great knowledge. It made the tour unforgettable. The club lounge was outstanding, with TWG teas, afternoon snacks, and evening cocktails with hot food. The team there were attentive and friendly, and really helped make every day feel special. Everyone at the InterContinental Bangkok went out of their way to welcome us. Our stay was incredible from arrival, smooth and luxurious throughout. The hotel exceeded every expectation and made our Bangkok trip memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We spent 4 nights at the Intercontinental Bangkok for our wedding anniversary. Its central location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, and superb Chinese restaurant all made for a lovely stay. What really impressed us was the customer service. After checkout, I realized I’d accidentally left my mobile phone in our room. Koch Samutkota from Concierge and Tossapon Dablaum from Guest Services worked tirelessly with Noon, the concierge at Intercontinental Chiang Mai, to locate it and get it back into my hands within 24 hours. Their care reassured my loyalty as an IHG Diamond member. Thank you all!

The gym is very well equipped, with amazing views and trainers around if you need help. If you don’t have club lounge access, it’s a good place to take in the view. We stayed in a suite during Chinese New Year, when the lobby had dazzling lion and dragon dances to welcome the new year. The Intercontinental Bangkok is a grand dame that keeps getting better. Hospitality felt generous and warm throughout our 5 day 4 night visit. The club lounge was stocked with excellent drinks and food all day, and the team worked doubly hard over a busy period. Our suite included butler service, and k. pony took great care of us. Housekeeping was also excellent. My housekeeper had a keen eye for detail and kept the room in tip top condition. The check in desk manager accommodated our requests and made checkout hassle free. We’ll be back.

The room setup for my wife’s birthday was such a lovely surprise, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration feel really special. Rainy, Gam, Beam, and Ice Cream were so kind and attentive, and the whole team made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back. I’d happily recommend the hotel for its warm atmosphere and service.

Khun Nathachai (Nont) made our birthday dinner feel especially welcoming. He was cheerful, attentive to the details, and clearly happy to help. The meal at Espresso Restaurant had a big selection, from international dishes to plenty of seafood, and everything was tasty and worth the price. We’ll definitely return.
