For 700 baht, we got a big bungalow in immaculate shape. It was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, a TV, fridge, kettle, and coffee-making setup. The bathroom was large and modern, with a hot shower. We liked sitting outside at the table and chairs in the pleasant garden, which was beautifully maintained. It's in a quiet spot away from the main road, with a raised path where you can watch the sun set over nearby mountains. Restaurants and a 7-11 are close by. We had a very nice stay.

Everything was very clean, with a nicely sized room and double bed, and a fine bathroom. The garden is pleasant, and the rooms sit about 100m back from the road, so it's quiet. You can walk to the 7 11 and local market in about five minutes. The downside was the high price over New Year weekend. Around 900baht would be good value, but at a higher rate you may feel disappointed.

We enjoyed two separate two-day stays at the lovely new bungalow-style Sai Yok Noi Blue Mountain Resort. The big older building is closed. The garden is spacious and a nice place to enjoy nature, and the staff are friendly and help you choose a room. There's a good restaurant nearby, the 7/11 is close, and it's a convenient base for getting to many attractions.

It's a motel-style place with a resort feel and a green garden. The rooms are OK and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. Prices start around 800 on quieter days, then go up to who knows what in high season!

The resort itself is nice and spacious, but booking through expedia didn't work out because they apparently weren't coordinating with them. I ended up having to find somewhere else to stay.
