I couldn’t sleep because the noise went on until 5:00 AM. The bed was uncomfortable, and the area was awful and very noisy. The floor, shower, and walls were dirty. The employees couldn’t speak English, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. It felt like a hostel rather than a residence. There were lots of Indians staying here.

The location is really convenient, with Walking Street and the beach just minutes away on foot. My room was really nice, and room service and the staff were great. Lady dao especially helped a lot when I had an issue with my reservation. I’d strongly recommend this property.

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the lift was fast. It’s also very close to Walking Street, restaurants serving different cuisines, and 7/11. The place was clean and quiet.
