The gala dinner and New Year’s Eve celebration were a real highlight, well organized and lots of fun. We had a memorable time welcoming the new year. Another plus was the airport transfer, which took about 15 minutes at most. We came here for our final four days, moving from another hotel in Khao Lak after some problems there. It turned out to be a good choice and gave our holiday a pleasant ending. The property is in good shape, with larger buildings set around a well-kept garden. There’s a beautiful pool that runs through the resort and ends in a sandy area designed like a little beach. It doesn’t flow directly into the sea, but the sand area is especially nice for kids. With palms, several pools and the beach nearby, it feels relaxing and looks lovely. The beachfront is lively and has plenty of restaurants, massage places, small shops and convenience stores. The surrounding area is more secluded, though, and you need a taxi through forested areas to get to more urban spots. Breakfast was just average in both choice and taste, and we didn’t really look forward to it. Around 80-90% of the guests were Russian, which we actually liked. People weren’t claiming loungers early or saving them with towels, so the pool and beach were more enjoyable.

We felt looked after and welcome the whole time. When my partner got sick, the manager helped us, and I’m especially grateful for that. The people working here made our trip unforgettable. The grounds are amazing, and the restaurant food and breakfast were really nice. The New Year event was spectacular. I love this place and we’ll definitely be back next year!

There’s a gym, table tennis, billiards and bicycles for rent around the grounds. The two large pools are clean and warm, one with a sandy entrance that the kids loved, and the other with a jacuzzi. The grounds are the real draw, with lots of greenery, flowers everywhere and birds singing. It feels like a botanical garden. A great choice for a quiet family holiday away from the crowds.

The staff were kind and the service was good, and breakfast was simply splendid. Our room was well kept, though a few small paint jobs would make it perfect. There are two lovely pools, one with a playground for little kids that even has sand, a nice touch. The gym is good, and there’s a playroom with table tennis and pool tables, plus a library with books in different languages. The entrance is right across from the beach, with small shops and street food along the walkway. It’s less than 15 minutes from the airport, but we didn’t hear any planes. If we’re back in the area, this is where I’ll stay. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are pretty spacious, and breakfast has a great selection. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices too. It’s a huge, beautiful hotel on what I thought was the best beach in Phuket, with several pools, including one with sand, and lovely grounds.
