Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

The breakfast was wonderful, and so were the two à la carte restaurants, Echo and Vero. We loved the different pool areas and their beautiful views, and even the fitness center looks out over the ocean. The Naithon Beach setting is so peaceful, around 15 minutes from Phuket Airport. The resort is spacious and fits beautifully into the surrounding landscape. Our room felt like a dream, with lots of space, lovely furnishings, a large balcony and stunning views. Every staff member we met was very friendly and accommodating. I loved it and hope to return one day!

We picked Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach for its location near the airport. After Phi Phi Islands and the other stops on our trip, we wanted to avoid a long transfer on our last day. The drive was easy and short, and getting to the airport the next morning was completely stress-free. We only stayed one night at the end of our Thailand trip, and our only regret is not booking a few more. Naithon Beach is beautiful and much quieter than the busier parts of Phuket. It was a calm final beach stop before heading home. Just outside the resort we found lots of good, inexpensive food places and massage spots, so it was easy to enjoy local options without spending much. The property is beautifully designed, peaceful and quiet, and the whole experience felt relaxing and upscale. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff made everything easy from check-in to departure. For a convenient, high-quality stay by the airport, this is a fantastic choice. Next time, we’d plan to stay longer.

The staff are wonderfully proactive, helpful, cheerful and kind. When I had trouble with the room’s soundproofing, the whole team jumped in quickly to help. The rooms are nicely decorated and kept up, the grounds feel tropical, and the beach in front is one of the best in Phuket. Echo’s food is great, and the spa is lovely. The manager knows their stuff, and the therapists are good. K. Kam gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, possibly. With so many guests for the pools, it can feel crowded. Finding a sunlounger is doable, but you may be a long way from the water. Vero, the Italian restaurant, seems like a reasonable choice for families, but I wouldn’t recommend it to a discerning diner.

Of the few five-star hotels we tried in Thailand, Pullman Arcadia Naithon was easily our top pick. It sits on a hill with sweeping beach views and has great pools with swim-up bars. The location keeps you away from the crowds while still being convenient for lovely beaches and restaurants. Banana Beach was our personal favorite. The staff were thoughtful and went out of their way to take care of us. The shuttle between the rooms and lobby was a nice touch. We can’t wait for another chance to return. It’s a great place for a relaxing holiday.
