The rooms are a bit small, but they’re clean and inexpensive. The air conditioning is powerful, and the staff member was very kind.

I was only 30 minutes late checking out, but they charged me for a whole extra day. It felt like they were charging as much as they could, which was a scam given how expensive the place already is. The room was dated and smelled bad. The toiletries and toilet were poor, the bedsheet felt cheap, and the service was crap. No wonder they want to charge so much when nobody wants to stay here.

The first lady I dealt with was nice, but most of the hotel was empty. They charged me 310 THB plus 640 THB for a bag of clothes and a suit, and it wasn’t even dry cleaning. Some of the clothes still came back dirty. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but these methods at what used to be a bigger hotel in Sakhon Nakhon are ridiculous. Stay away from this place.

The location is great, but the room and service were a big letdown. The room was very old, and the freezer didn’t work. There are no charging ports, so you have to unplug the TV to charge your phone.

The location is a real plus for shopping, with traditional local markets running early in the morning and again around twilight. Big C plus Robinson Mall is just around the corner. It’s an older hotel, and some of the trim could use a spruce-up. Still, that colonial character is part of its charm. The staff were helpful, and I slept soundly.
