A few 7 elevens and other small shops are nearby, and the indoor Market is just around the corner. There are swings for kids and a restraint. The hotel is by a busy road, but the layout keeps traffic noise out. Parking is under the building, and getting to sakon Airport is easy. Rooms are large and have hot water for drinks, a fridge, tv and Aircon. The bathroom is bigger than average, clean, and has a bath plus a separate shower. Getting the tap mixer to the right temperature takes some work, one moment it's boiling, the next cold. Still, it's a nice hotel for the price.

The Night matket is right around the corner, with lots of food at local prices. Our Corner room was spacious and clean, and it was quiet. We paid THB 250/night for an extra mattress for our son. Parking under the building was very good. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel entrance is right by a busy main road, but the rooms are set back from it, so there wasn't much noise at nice. Staff arranged a morning taxi to the local airport, which I really appreciated. Staff were nice and friendly, and the room was very good for the price, though it had some dents. Breakfast is included, but it wasn't for me. There's a 7/11 just outside on the right, down the steps, so that wasn't a problem. I had a very good stay and would come back if I'm in Sakon Nakon.

The A/C was my only real disappointment. It was awful, and I slept very poorly even with it turned all the way up. The location is nice, opposite Rajabhat Uni, with lots of parking and a good selection of streetfood and restaurants. Staff were nice, and the rooms were clean.

There were a couple of maintenance problems: lights were out in the wardrobe and bathroom, and the built in furniture needs touching up. Otherwise, it was very clean, the staff were friendly, and I would recommend it. It's a good three star hotel in a convenient location, part of a large group, so you know what standard to expect.
