I was cycling south and spent Saturday and Sunday nights here. I got the last room, and after a bit of discussion, a very reasonable rate, much lower than the one listed on booking.com! It’s about 1km from the town and beach, so having your own transport is best. The rooms and chalets were very clean and comfortable, with decent-sized bathrooms and hot showers. I had twin beds in room #10 the first night, which was a little dated, then a double in #6 the second night, which had more recent decor. There’s a kettle, and you can buy coffee and snacks at the very friendly family shop by the road, where you check in. Like many small hotels, the Wi-Fi varied from average to fair to poor, so don’t count on streaming things like Netflix.

An Ant was lovely, peaceful, and very clean, with amazing staff. I’d recommend renting a bike or car while you’re there. There’s a good bike rental near the beach called Jimmy's. The mini market is on site, and the staff will drive you places like the train station for a small fee. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would come back. James deserves a shout-out, he couldn’t do enough for us!

The outside looks a bit rough, but the rooms are clean. Scooters are available to rent at a good price, and right next door there’s a great little bar with good food and service.

Good value for the money. My room was clean and the beach wasn’t far away. It felt safe to leave the car parked right out front, and the owner’s small convenience store there was really useful. The staff were so kind. My one complaint was the shower. It seemed clogged, and the water came out in thin streams, making it painful to shower. I hope they replace it.

I stayed for two nights and was the only guest on the first, so it’s definitely quiet. The beach and restaurant take about a 15-minute walk along the main road, which is well lit at night. The accommodation was reasonably comfortable and everything worked, but there’s nowhere to store clothes. The site seems in need of some refurbishment, although the shop is well stocked with drinks, snacks, and toiletries.
