There are a few things the room could use, including more power sockets and some maintenance and updating for the toilet. Still, it's a comfortable, spacious stay with large rooms and bathrooms, clean comfy beds and pillows, strong AC, and a powerful hot shower. The grounds feel quiet and relaxed, with a large clean pool, a nice garden, and ample car parking. The host and owner were welcoming and friendly. You could try asking for a small discount at check-in.

After three restless nights, we decided to move to another resort. The mattress was much too hard, and the mosquitoes kept buzzing and biting us at night because the bathroom window had to stay open. The mold in the shower didn't seem safe to us. Staff understood and refunded some money. Before that, they'd quickly fixed the sink when it wouldn't drain and the hot water was out, within a few minutes. The AC was easy to control and very cold, the pool was extremely clean, and the property was relaxing and well maintained. The beach was close enough that we walked there several times. Our cabana had no closet or place for clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases. We couldn't get English TV channels, Netflix, or any other streaming service to work. The staff were very friendly, and we'd recommend staying here.

We stayed here while our house was being worked on. The staff were very helpful, and they welcome dogs. Our room was very nice, the pool was great, and the grounds were well cared for. You can walk to the beach, and it's a great place to stay while you're in Sam Roi Yot!

We spent one night here last month with my fiancee. The host was friendly and very helpful, and parking was easy. The chalet was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. The amazing beach is just a few minutes away, and the price was good value. Highly recommended.
