Niran Farm

Last weekend, we held a birthday celebration at your restaurant for around 50 or more guests. We chose it for an important occasion because of its “premium” image. We’d ordered a full meal for four adults and one child, plus six drinks for five people. Today, though, I was refused a glass of filtered water. Not champagne or a free dish, just filtered water, the same water the staff drink. First I was told it wasn’t available. Then someone took my glass away, spoke with the manager, and returned an empty glass, saying, “Cannot, sir.” This isn’t about 140 THB. I can afford that. It’s about the attitude. At a restaurant charging a 10% service charge, refusing a glass of filtered water felt disrespectful and small-minded. It says a lot about how you value your guests. Premium is about hospitality, not prices. Today there was no hospitality at all. I’m deeply disappointed.

There are dozens of hotel rooms right above the stables, and the farm is a wonderful place to see and interact with horses and ponies. It also has a horse riding school in a huge riding hall. The restaurant is lovely, with amazing sunset views over the lake, and is open 8 am - 9 pm. Such a great experience, with excellent staff. Highly recommended.

We live on Phuket and took our 3yo to check out the facility and the horse riding conditions, and to do the pony ride. What a dream location! The restaurant lunch and desserts were amazing. We’ll definitely come back for regular classes 🤩

If you’re around Cherng Talay, this place is worth visiting. I stopped by once and was pleasantly surprised to find somewhere like it in Phuket. The atmosphere brought Khao Yai to mind, and I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was good and the staff were very friendly.
