I stayed twice in July 2025. The rooms are nice, though the washroom is basic, and checkout at 1 pm is convenient. But the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and the internet kept working on and off, wasting my time. There's no kettle in the room; tea and coffee are available at reception in the morning. I won't be coming back.

The only letdown at the end of my stay was that there was no hairdryer. I asked a staff member, and she said they were out of stock.

The laundry setup was the best part: there's a washer at the end of the hallway, so I didn't have to find another place to do my clothes. A wash costs 40 THB per cycle and the dryer is 10 THB per cycle. I'd stay here again. I was here for a couple of days and had no complaints. The room was spacious, with lots of windows and a desk to work at. I also liked the iced chocolate from the simple coffee shop downstairs. The BTS is just a one-minute walk away, there's a 7-11 across from the hotel, and plenty of street food nearby. I don't think breakfast is provided, but guests can get snacks and hot water for tea or coffee in the lobby each morning.

I picked this hotel to get away from the busy, crowded city, and it suited me well. The room was bright and spacious, with a soft bed, and everything felt new and clean. It takes about three minutes to walk to the BTS. There's a 7-eleven across the street, a small local market near the end of Sukhumvit 115 Street, and Big C nearby with restaurants and a nice Cafe.

Good value for the price, though it's a long way from the main tourist sights. The BTS is close, so catching a train is easy if you don't mind the travel time.
