We spent five nights here, and insects were in our room from the very first night. I reported it and kept reminding reception to clean, but nothing happened. Staff kept making excuses about “no housekeeping,” and the receptionist was extremely rude, just saying “goodbye” instead of sorting it out. Completely unacceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Avoid this place.

The front desk service was very good, and the room was really big. The location is quite remote, though, and the facilities are very basic.

There’s free car parking, and the room is spacious enough for two at a reasonable rate. It’s between two stations on the MRT yellow line, so access is easy. There’s no breakfast, and room service took longer than it should have, even after I requested it several times.

The location was good, but the service didn’t impress me and the information I got was incomplete. The room felt old, and I couldn’t sleep at all. Sorry, no photo.

I ended up extending my stay to two weeks, and it was wonderful. The staff are friendly and will help with anything, though their English isn’t good, so bring a translator. If you’re on a budget and want a comfortable, nice room, I’d recommend it. Just accept the conditions and don’t expect five-star quality. It’s a good choice if you want to stay away from tourists and get a real local Thai experience. I love Thailand! 🤍⭐️🤍
