Des Res Hotel and Residence

Bee and the rest of her staff are absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t have stayed here as long without them. I’ve lived at this hotel residence since March 1, 2025, and it’s been consistently positive. It’s quiet and comfortable, and I’ve never had trouble sleeping. The air conditioning in my unit has been clean, odor-free, and working properly, with no mold or air quality issues. Maintenance has been solid and the property feels well managed. For a long stay, comfort and reliability matter, and this residence has delivered. My time here has been smooth and enjoyable, and I’d confidently recommend it to others looking for somewhere comfortable and well maintained.

For an inexpensive hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to be this clean. It’s very, very clean, and I didn’t find any mold in the bathroom. The room is big, with a simple kitchenette, microwave, and mid-size refrigerator. It’s in a residential area that’s quiet at night. There’s plenty of parking in the building and across the street too. Good value, and I highly recommend it.

It’s a bit far from the city center, but that worked fine for us since we could take Grab or a taxi. We loved this place and would easily and happily stay longer. It was clean and safe, with friendly staff, beautiful and very comfortable rooms. There was a fridge, freezer, microwave, lots of storage, and a work desk. We’d stay again 100%.

I stayed there in January 2024, visiting from Canada. Good value, and the room was clean, as shown in the photos. The staff were good, and the girl at the front desk spoke good English and was exceptional if you need help. The small gym was fine, and its equipment worked. There’s a motorcycle taxi at the end of the street, about 25 baht to the BTS or MRT.
