The air conditioning worked well, and the TV selection was decent, with channels 9 and 13 in Chinese. It gave me the impression the hotel mainly catered to Chinese tour groups. Don Mueang Airport is about 40 km away, roughly an hour's drive. The bed was very small.

Each night, many buses parked next door for Chinese tour groups leave their engines running for ten to twenty minutes. If you're offering customer service, you should consider the people staying nearby too and take responsibility for the noise. Management seems so focused on business that it lacks humanity. Disgusting.

The bus parking area is a mess, covered in cement dust that's bothering local residents. They've said they plan to file a formal complaint. Please improve the lot. Paving it with asphalt or concrete shouldn't be too difficult. Hotel guests would be more likely to leave positive reviews instead of saying their stay was awful. I'm bringing this to management's attention and appreciate your cooperation.

The whole hotel was finished in concrete, and both the rooms and beds were small. The underground parking lot had no elevator connection to the building, so you had to walk up from the car entrance, which felt very dangerous. It was terrible.
