I left after two nights, even though I’d booked three, because I really didn’t like the place. It was a bit too far from the restaurants, and the room didn’t look clean at all, almost as if nobody had cleaned it. I was glad I had a blanket of my own to cover the bed. The hot water wasn’t working either.

I stayed for five minutes, then left. The room was filthy: the sheets hadn’t been changed, the bed was stained, there was no blanket, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the room smelled of cigarettes. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the place was extremely old, with loose plaster everywhere. I’ve stayed in plenty of places and never had an experience like this. I wasted my money. Does the owner ever check the rooms or plan to improve anything? How can you still rent rooms in this condition?

I stayed for many days this month, and the service was poor. The female receptionist wasn’t polite, and I wasn’t happy with the housekeeper’s work. The bathroom bin was left for me to change myself, and my room went uncleaned for two days. They only came on the third day, after I told them what needed cleaning.
