The bathroom was lovely, the kitchen was really spacious, and the whole place was spotless. We were travelling as a couple and this was one of the nicest places we'd stayed, with lots of extra toiletries provided. Alex, especially, was attentive, answered all our questions, and helped arrange a taxi to our boat. We'd stay again for sure. 5/5, would recommend.

Alex answered all our questions, and Nat was very attentive during the day. The Crystal Ranong was clean, and its location was really convenient. We had a very pleasant four-night stay in December 2025 and highly recommend it.

The balcony on the second floor had a beautiful view and amazing atmosphere, with such fresh air. If I come to Ranong again, I'll definitely stay there again.
