Easy to find since it's near the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there's a service elevator, and the service was top-notch.

The shopping carts were as noisy as a train, and the employees talking loudly at 5:30 in the morning made it unbearable. They seemed to pay no attention to how much noise they were making.

The front-facing room was awful. The balcony wouldn't lock, and being beside the road meant traffic and people passing by were very loud. It cost too much for what it was. The soap and shampoo came in tiny sachets that were unusable for showering, and they were very dirty. There was no TV, nothing at all. At least they gave us towels. Once was enough. It was that bad.

We were charged 1000 baht at checkout for staining the bed, after they initially wanted 2000 baht. There hadn't been any notice in the room about fines. The Chinese owner inspected everything in the room himself, very meticulously, and the fines seemed more like what you'd see at a 4-star hotel. We got a room in the front building, where traffic noise went on all night. There was no TV, refrigerator, or toiletries at all, not even a small bar of soap. We checked in late and had to shower without any. For that money, we could have stayed in a 3-4 star hotel, or even a motel. Motels have TVs, refrigerators, and complete personal amenities, and they don't charge for stained beds or towels.
