The room was nice, but there’s no breakfast. A 7-11 is nearby. The toilet area also doesn’t have separate dry and wet zones.

When I went to check out in the morning, the man behind the counter was asleep. There was plenty of noise around us, but he still didn’t wake up. That was the only real problem I had with the place, and I found it very unprofessional.
