The owner was super, super nice and helpful. We arrived in the morning, before check-in, after a long bus ride from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, and she offered us another room so we could sleep right away. We happily took it. She also gave us lots of useful tips, including about taxis. I'm so glad we found this clean, nice hotel. We can warmly recommend it. Thanks for everything!

I stayed here for 3 weeks and would happily come back. It's a great place, close to Mae Jo University, with a nice room and a super friendly receptionist.

I got a room on the 1st floor for 1,950 baht during the December 5th, 2025 holiday, in high season. Most places were fully booked, and I made the mistake of not booking ahead. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but tried walking in. The room is old but clean, with a slightly renovated bathroom, a new mattress, and new towels. There's ample parking. The musty smell is strong, though, and opening the windows doesn't clear it. A mosquito net or exhaust fan might help.

Think carefully before booking. We paid 3650 for a small room with a king-size bed, a narrow bathroom, a musty smell, and no power outlet by the bed. The place looks old, unlike the pictures. There's no elevator, no service staff, no restaurant, and no breakfast.
