Our room was spotless and comfortable, with tasteful furniture that suited the resort’s Thai heritage theme. The staff welcomed us warmly and were so accommodating. They even showed us how to fold flowers from pandan leaves. The garden is beautifully maintained, and it’s worth strolling around to spot the art scattered across the grounds. They have a wonderful eye for art. Thanks to everyone, we’ll be back soon.

There are plenty of breakfast choices, so everyone should find something they like. They even serve smoked salmon on avocado toast with a poached egg, which is rare in Thailand. The pool is gorgeous, and the gym is well maintained. Between the peaceful grounds and colonial-era buildings, it feels like stepping back to a simpler time. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help, and the turn-down service was a nice touch. We had a delightful stay and highly recommend it.

The massage was the worst I’ve ever had. I was supposed to get deep tissue work, but the therapist just rubbed oil on me for an hour, and I had no privacy to change. Getting compensation was nearly impossible, though I did eventually get a discount. A bunch of other little things also made our stay frustrating. The property itself is beautiful, quaint, quiet, and relaxing, and the restaurant food is decent. The staff are very kind. If you want a peaceful place to unwind, it could be a good fit, but there aren’t any perks.

Sitting on the balcony for hours, looking out at the view and listening to birds and water flowing in front of the room, was so peaceful. Rice fields, fish, flowers, greenery, and Lanna-style houses all add to the calm feeling. The resort is thoughtfully designed and well kept. You start seeing the antique and art collections as soon as you step into the lobby.
