For the money, this is a really good place: nice rooms, a peaceful spot, and a very friendly landlord. It takes about 20 minutes by bike to reach the centre. The seclusion could be a plus, though I found it a bit too remote for me. Still, I can recommend staying here.

There are just five rooms here, and they’re currently all booked. You can rent by the day or month. The owner is kind and the service is excellent. The place feels peaceful, private, beautiful, and charming, with just the right room size. There are shady trees, a kitchen with a gas stove, filtered water, and free laundry.

Everything was clean, and the room was compact without feeling cramped. It had all the amenities, while the large house had a comfortable balcony. There’s also an iron and board, a hair dryer, and slippers. The atmosphere was quiet and private, and the owner gave good service. The price is very cheap. I’d recommend it when visiting Chiang Mai, you won’t be disappointed.
