Think twice before booking this villa. It was the worst villa experience I’ve had. After I paid the deposit, they barely responded for a whole week and even ignored my messages. Their attitude was completely different from before I paid. I eventually had to find Thai people to contact them. They said they didn’t know English, even though before the deposit they had replied quickly in fluent English. It was ridiculous. Then, two days before the trip, they told us the villa roof was leaking and they needed to move us to another villa. That one had lots of single bunk beds, which weren’t suitable for elderly guests, and a much smaller pool than the original. For a price of about THB110,000 = USD 3,700, I didn’t expect that kind of service or attitude. They gave no apology or compensation and simply cancelled my booking, leaving me just two days to find another villa before the trip. My friend called the villa staff about the change, and their bad attitude made my friend very angry. Don’t choose this villa if you want to enjoy your trip.

Parinya Pattanasilp, are you trying to deceive other visitors this way? It’s truly insulting to visitors and the culture of Thailand and Chiangmai. Return the money quickly, or we don’t think you’ll be able to keep managing this much longer. Hope you can still sleep and eat well, and refund everything! If you take the money and don’t fulfill your end, that’s definitely cheating.

Our booking was cancelled by Parinya Pattabaslip, but we paid and still haven’t seen any sign of a refund. No service was provided. He also owns other similar villas, as shown in the picture, so be careful. This nominal general manager seems to do this repeatedly. He apparently avoids offending big travel websites or agencies, while consistently profiting from direct bookings by deducting fees and defaulting on payments. I urge tourists in the Chinese-speaking world to stay away from anything connected to him. We’ve already paid several thousand US dollars for our room because of Parinya’s deliberate breach of contract, and he’s still deliberately delaying. We hope the relevant Thai law enforcement agencies step in quickly to stop this practice. We’ve filed a police report and hope nobody else is victimized.
