The staff seem to be doing the best they can, but the condo’s finances look worrying to me. Co-owner debts are 67 million baths in 2026, there are many vacant units, and only 1.2m baths are available in the treasury. That’s not enough for a project this large, so major repairs, like fixing the collapsed wall, can’t be done. The wall fell during rainy season and was still completely destroyed on the floor around the parking area eight months later. The pools are the best feature when they’re working, but they failed almost three months after flooding season at the flooding lake. Most of the common-area lights don’t work, so sometimes you have to struggle with your door in the dark. There are broken tiles across many floors, and the common areas aren’t cleaned very well. The condo is affordable, but it needs a lot of maintenance overall. In my opinion it’s risky for buying or renting long term. A short weekend stay is fine for enjoying the nearby beach and city.

I came from far away specifically to look at condos, but the woman responsible for showing them was unfriendly and seemed too lazy to show me the rooms. Even after I explained why I’d made the trip, she told me to come back another day.

It’s a quiet spot with a lake and three swimming pools. The beach and market are about a 15-minute walk away.
