The rooms are comfortable and well looked after, with fast Wi-Fi, good beds, and a nice shower. It’s only about a five-minute walk to the beach, bars, 7-11, and the main street. Great value, and the host was lovely. A perfect spot in Bangsaray, I’d recommend these apartments.

I’ve lived in 10 countries, so I don’t say this lightly: this is the best value serviced apartment for expats I’ve stayed in. FRANKIE is a wonderful host, whether you’re visiting briefly, settling in long term, or retiring here. Make sure you have breakfast at least once at Tide restaurant along the bay.

I was here for seven weeks, and the rooms were spotless and very well maintained. When I asked for fresh bedsheets, they showed up in just nine minutes. The owner is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the market and beautiful ocean are only a few steps away. I’d happily come back and highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind: around Buddha week, also known as Makha Bucha Day, the nearby temple can get noisy.

Frankie and Nut made us feel at home right from arrival. Frankie even drove me around to a few nearby scooter rental places so I wouldn’t have to walk in the afternoon heat. The room was immaculate and nicely equipped, with reliable Wi-Fi and a smart TV for watching a film in the evening. Shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach are all close by. We had a great few nights here and have found our new favorite place to stay in Bang Saray. Hope to return soon.

This is a relaxed, quiet little boutique hotel, and the rooms are very clean and finished to a high standard. It’s well placed in bang sarey, near the beach, 7 11, bars, and restaurants. The staff are really friendly, and the price is great. I’d book again if I’m back in Bang sarey. Recommended.
