I stayed here when it was newly built, but the rooms are now in terrible condition. It’s pathetic that they’re still taking bookings. Highly not recommended.

Everything was fine, except the bed was small.

It’s affordable, quiet, and within walking distance of the beach. Nong Nooch Tropical Garden Pattaya is nearby too, so it works for an overnight stop before continuing your sightseeing. The rooms are a bit old.

10/10
The place is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, and the service is good. The water pressure was a little low.

I rented this very cheap, very clean, quiet room for five days and was really satisfied. The air conditioning worked very well. People leaving negative reviews expect VIP rooms for a ridiculous price.
