There was plenty of room, but the things inside were in poor shape. Mold covered the refrigerator door seal, and the broken shower head had been held together with a rubber band instead of replaced. The worst part was the towels: they were torn, then sewn shut and still handed to guests. I’ve stayed in some awful rooms, but I’ve never been given ripped towels before.

We stayed two nights, from December 30, 2025 to January 1, 2026, in a small house for 700 baht a night. It was clean and spacious, with cold air conditioning. The bed was firm and the pillows a little high, but we were comfortable overall. Fresh towels and drinking water came each day without us asking. There was a large refrigerator that stayed plugged in, a water heater with very strong pressure, a TV, and a kettle. No hairdryer, and we didn’t get the Wi-Fi password. The small house is 700 baht for two adults, with children staying free, and has one 6-foot king bed. The family house is 1,000 baht for three adults, children free, with one 6-foot king bed and one 3-foot triple bed. The large house is 1,300 baht for four adults, children free, with two 6-foot king beds.

My son always wants to stay here whenever we visit Sattahip. It’s close to Nam Sai Beach and Nang Ram Beach, and the quiet, private setting is lovely for relaxing. The accommodation is clean and has a nice atmosphere.

It’s a beautiful, quiet resort surrounded by nature. Just be aware there’s no Wi-Fi and no convenience store nearby.
