Beach House Camp Pattaya was a great place to unwind. Our camper van was much roomier than expected, very clean, and comfortable, and the whole property smelled fresh and was well cared for. It has a relaxed feel. We could head straight to the beach, take an early swim before breakfast, and watch windsurfers at sunset. The van has an indoor toilet and shower, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Staff were friendly and easy to approach. It’s pet-friendly at 500 THB per pet. Breakfast includes complimentary porridge, watermelon, and orange juice. There’s a café and restaurant on site, Grab delivery is allowed, and a 7-Eleven is within walking distance. We’d happily stay again and recommend it for a quiet beach break in Pattaya.

The Beach House Camp bar looks great and makes good cocktails, and you can order food from the restaurant next door. It shuts at 7:00 pm, though, so after that you’ll need another beach bar, or can get beer and ice cream at reception. There are also several foot massage places a short walk away. The caravans are fun and come with AC, showers, a comfortable bed that’s a little short, and an outdoor table and chairs. The beach is nice, with bars and restaurants nearby. At night, noise from a faulty AC compressor at the sailing club next door was a nuisance. I’d avoid a caravan backing onto the club.

The beach was cleaner than most we’ve visited, parking was easy, and the campers had what we needed to be comfortable. They’re cute, and the bathhouse has hot showers. For us, this was the unusual Pattaya stay we were after, a peaceful beachfront glamping spot where simple works better than opulence. A nice change of pace from busy Nonthaburi.

A fun place to spend time with family or friends. It was quite calm and cool in November, and there were lots of surfers around. The caravans work okay for two people. I’d really recommend adding somewhere to dry clothes.
