The biggest problem for me was privacy. Two cameras point toward the pool and living room, so there’s no real sense of privacy. I was there with my two children, and I’m not okay with being filmed. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t recommend the villa to families. The listing also gives a misleading impression of the space. Wide-angle photos make it look much larger than it is, and while it’s presented as luxurious, the furniture and fittings feel very cheap. It’s called a pool villa, but there are no sun loungers. The owner said there wasn’t room, even though there’s a garden. Getting answers took a long time. I asked three times about whether charcoal was available for the BBQ and waited two days to find out. Breakfast was just soup, far below what I expected.

The kids had a great time in the private pool, which was the highlight for us. The villa was clean and had what we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a good spot, with the beach not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay in Pattaya and would recommend it for families or groups.

The sea view is a real draw, and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is high-end, with all the amenities you could want. The beach house has a modern, immaculate interior and is just 5-10 minutes from the clear water, so it’s very convenient for a seaside stay.

There’s immediate access to the beach, and the large terrace is a nice feature. The interiors are immaculate, and the house has a striking architectural design with top-tier amenities. It’s brand new and right by the sea, making it a lovely spot for a vacation.

Staff were really helpful, and I liked staying here. The house was clean and comfortable. It’s about five minutes from bangsaray beach and close to the fresh market.
