We rented the Serenity seaview studio in this condo complex, AKA Pure Sunset Beach Condos, and it felt just right for us. Walking in, I immediately got a minimalist vibe. The white walls and marble-like white floor tiles, bare of wall decorations, gave everything an ultra-modern, clean look. There was a built-in little kitchen and built-in closets, plus a private beach. The open sea view with no other buildings in front was heavenly and worth the price. There's also a gym and sauna looking out over the nice pool by the beach. At first the distance from the city made it seem remote. After a couple of days, though, and renting a scooter to get around, the place started growing on us. It's great if you want a quiet retreat, whether you already like solitude or find yourself enjoying it here. The outside even reminds me of Miami South Beach Art deco, with those cool white 1930s structures. The drawback is that there aren't any markets, restaurants, or 7-11 nearby, so you have to drive or bike to get necessities. Kad Kun Kra 🙏🏽

The sunset from every unit is awesome, and there are plenty of indoor parking spaces in each building. It's pet friendly, which is a real advantage. There's no restaurant at Pure Sunset Beach, though Bang Saray Beach, with lots of eateries and bars, is a 15-minute walk away. The development has a private beach, but not enough staff to keep it pristine, and the vegetation around the property has the same issue. We booked a studio for two nights and found a strong smell coming from a sewage pipe. When we raised it, the staff were super helpful and moved us right away to a much more spacious one-bedroom apartment. It was comfortable and convenient, though only moderately clean.

Pure Sunset Beach Na-Jomtien was completed in 2015 by Western Sea View (WSV) Co.,Ltd on a 20.75 Rai/33,200 Square Meter beach-facing site in Na-Jomtien, with direct private access to the beach. A Swiss architect designed the project to Western standards, including energy-saving and eco-friendly features such as insulated cavity walls, open communal stairways, cantilevered sun canopies, sand-covered roofs to help keep heat out, fresh water from a 12o meter deep well, elevator motors mounted in cabins, and LED lighting in common areas. The development contains 123 apartments across six low-rise buildings, each two to five floors high. Units range from 33.40 square meter studios to 269.80, 3 bedroom apartments. Its main shared spaces include a two-story clubhouse with several lounge and relaxation areas, a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room, and male and female toilets and changing rooms. At ground level, the beachfront swimming pool and sundeck are a standout. Another focal point is the semi-circular outdoor area with astroturf seating and basement commercial shops. There is covered parking in every building except the clubhouse, guest parking in the center of the outdoor arena, and 24-hour security with CCTV cameras. Shared facilities also include tropical landscaped gardens, high-speed passenger elevators in every building, an outdoor arena with commercial shop units, and covered parking in Buildings B, C, D, E, F & G. The clubhouse has the gym, sauna and steam room, lounge and relaxation areas, and the beachfront pool and sundeck with private direct beach access.
