Really good.

We arrived after 8 PM with a booking for two rooms, and the hostess was there to welcome us and help us settle in. The apartments were cozy, well equipped, and near the sea, in a quiet location. She was friendly, smiling, and responsive to everything we asked. She even took us to Bonsaray today and showed us around. We’re especially grateful for that.

Bedbugs made my 45 day stay miserable. My skin was covered with tiny red, terribly itchy spots, and sweating in the heat made it feel even worse. The management knows there’s a problem but hides it. I was given free mosquito spray every week, which didn’t help. The reviewer says the linens are washed together in cold water and blames that for bedbugs getting into every bed and linen closet. They say most people stay 10-15 days, leave, and forget, while the problem continues. My vacation was thoroughly ruined, and I wouldn’t stay here even for free. If you complain, the administration tells you to call the police. The reviewer also says a relative of the condo administration works there, and warns that this could ruin your vacation.

I agree with the earlier review about bedbugs. Before taking your money, they promise everything you need for living. Then, after a while, they message asking you to pay for the next month early for a discount. I fell for it and paid for five months in my first month there, with each month priced lower than the one before. The catch was bedbugs. Red, intensely itchy spots appeared, and at first I didn’t understand what was going on. The condo management knows about it and gave me dichlorvos, but the bugs are impossible to get rid of and are throughout the condo, in every room. My neighbors had the same problem. They were moved to another floor, but a week later the bugs appeared there too, apparently moving toward the smell. It seemed their room had been treated while they were moving in, and when it sat empty, the bugs moved into occupied rooms. Moving out is the only way to escape. They promised to return my money, but kept putting it off, and in the end I got nothing. It feels like they’re trying to get as much money from you as fast as possible. Where can you complain? The administration just tells you to go complain, knowing nothing will come of it. You’re not the first and won’t be the last, and everything seems under control there.
