A lovely, very clean hotel not far from Pattaya.

This place feels very private, and the white-toned room was clean with a soft, comfortable bed. The pool was clean and not too deep, so families can use it safely. Arriving late at night for check-in was no problem. It's beside the road, so you can hear cars, and there's a convenience store and laundry shop nearby.

The owner was truly wonderful, an elderly gentleman who was incredibly kind and gave us excellent service. Since we had no transportation, he offered to drive us there and back and even took us sightseeing. We needed to leave at 6 am and couldn't bring our belongings to Koh Kham, so he let us leave them at the accommodation and return for them later. The place itself was beautiful, European-style, and very clean, with a lovely, clean swimming pool. We had a great time.

It’s well placed near the main road, with 7-11, Big C, the market, and Makro close by. The entrance alley is lit well enough, and there’s parking for about four cars besides the owner’s. Inside, it feels homey, with decent furniture and no mold. The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, the air conditioning is cool, and the water pressure is strong. There’s Wi-Fi and a pool, plus a bathroom split into wet and dry areas. It’s quiet and peaceful, though some light bulbs are worn out.
