I didn't stay there.

We were extremely disappointed, and we won't rent a pool villa from this chain again. The house looked nothing like the pictures and wasn't worth what we paid. The village entrance guard was unfriendly, and after taking payment up front, the owner provided terrible follow-up service. All three TVs had problems, and just one of the four ceiling lights worked. We asked from evening into the night to have these fixed, but were told they couldn't do it. The karaoke was broken too, with a distorted microphone. If the place wasn't ready, they shouldn't have accepted guests. An apology by itself did nothing, and we had to keep chasing them for an update. It felt like paying tens of thousands of baht for a house and ending up in the middle of nowhere.

Restaurants, bars, and massage parlors are all nearby, which made things convenient. The villa itself was fantastic, close to the beach, and very quiet inside.

A beautiful house, just as it looked in the pictures.
