Bella Vista Beach Resort Koh Lipe

We had a relaxed stay at Bella Vista and would happily return. It’s right on Pattaya Beach, with lovely views and sand just steps away, while Walking Street is close without all the noise. The rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, with air conditioning and everything we needed. Staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. There’s a pleasant sun terrace, a good breakfast, and direct beach access. For the location and atmosphere, it felt like good value. I’d recommend it for a laid-back visit to Koh Lipe.

The staff were all lovely, and the rooms are excellent, with great air conditioning. There’s a nice little restaurant serving breakfast and lunch at pretty reasonable prices. It’s a short walk from the ferry, and you can step straight onto Pattaya Beach. I’d definitely stay here again. Really lovely place in Koh Lipe.

The massage center next door was a real highlight. The masseurs were experienced, trained, friendly, and attentive to what customers wanted. Resort staff were warm, professional, and helpful. They kept the grounds tidy by sweeping leaves and sand and cleaning public bins. Housekeeping was available daily if needed, and clean utensils and dishes were set out at the buffet breakfast. The breakfast selection was much the same each day, mostly Western food with one or two Asian dishes. The bathroom could use work: cracked floor, ceiling, and wall sections, a nasty drain smell, and yellow stains on the sheets, a pillow, and a towel.

The first-floor room was much better than a ground-floor one, thanks to its balcony access. The location is good, the staff friendly, and it was handy that the electricity could be left on while we were out. The room was a bit tatty and the facilities basic. It wasn’t the best value, though that’s Koh Lipe.
