KM Kwanphayao Hotel

Restaurants and clubs are just a stone's throw away, so the location is very convenient. I stayed one night in a deluxe room. The space was okay, and I believe the place has recently been renovated. Everything looked good and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I had a great rest.

Several restaurants are right nearby, and parking is available outdoors or under cover. The staff at reception and breakfast were pleasant and greeted me with a smile. My standard double was medium sized, with a good sized bathroom. It's an okay seven floor hotel with a lift. There's a breakfast room on the second floor serving a simple meal, and a wheelchair ramp on the stairs up to reception.

The location is okay, though not very central. I parked my bicycle outside at the back, and that made me feel a bit uneasy about its safety. The room was clean and well kept, with air conditioning, hot water and really good wifi. There's also a bedside table with two outlets and a light. I paid the listed lobby rate of 690 baht. For 900, you get a slightly bigger south facing room and free coffee and tea in the room.

The room was very clean, and breakfast was very good. It's a reasonably located hotel with parking, and the rate including breakfast was a good deal. There was no coffee set in the room.
