The rooms are elegant and modern, and it's close enough to downtown to get there in about 10 minutes. You can rent motorcycles, and there's a spot by the hotel with wonderful coconut water. I love this hotel and its staff. They're always helpful and accommodating.

Be careful, the staff are very dishonest. They cheat you wherever they can, over electricity, the bond, and anything else. Don't trust them with the bond. Farang, please be aware and stay somewhere else, because this will make your stay unpleasant. Things also went missing from my apartment. I set traps to see if anything would disappear, and it did. This place really lives up to Pattaya's existing reputation for robbery.

I booked and paid for 3 rooms but didn't get any refund. When I called, they said the hotel had been closed for the last 3 days. Agoda should remove it from their hotel listings. So horrible.

It’s clean, the service is friendly, and the rates are reasonable. Lots of things are nearby too.

Rude owner and noisy nights. If that sounds like what you want, come give it a try.
