The price is better than many other places on the island, and the AC worked. The location is convenient too. But the grounds around the bungalow and the bathroom both felt run-down, and the bathroom cleanliness was a problem. My bungalow door wouldn’t lock at all. There was a lot of motorbike noise from the main road, day and night. I couldn’t reach the staff before arrival: their numbers weren’t on WhatsApp, and Agoda messages asking basic things like whether early check-in was possible went unanswered. I know Lipe is expensive, but this place needs a lot more care and improvement.

The bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked very well. These are cute, comfy bungalows in a great spot, and they cost much less than other places on Lipe.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and for the affordable price we’d happily come back on our next trip to Koh Lipe. The owner was hospitable too. Walking Street is close, with halal food easy to find along it, and the beach is about a five-minute walk away. There’s a 7E nearby as well. From the pier, though, it’s better to take a tuk tuk since walking with bags in the heat is a lot. Thank you for the lovely stay. Love from Malaysia! 👍🏻

The bungalow and location were great, so I’d stay again, though I might choose somewhere on the beautiful beach next time. The place is just north of walking street and around the corner from a 711. There was music and motorbike noise in the evenings, but it got very quiet at night and we slept well. Service was a bit lacking since there wasn’t really a place to go for help, just people around the property. After cleaning, they left my bungalow door open one day, which is why I didn’t give five stars.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and the hut on the right-hand side worked perfectly for us. There was a couch and hammock outside, plus a fridge in the room and AC that worked perfectly. The shower was decent, and it was nice to have hand soap and shower gel provided. It’s very close to walking street, but we had no noise problems. Loved staying here, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.
