Loved the sunset and the lovely view. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the place felt quiet and restful. The pool was nice too.

The kitchen setup surprised me most: a full-size home-style fridge, electric stove, sink, plenty of cupboards, and even a washing machine. With all that in the room, I can see this working really well for a longer stay. I was only there briefly this time, but will probably return. :) The room had a beautiful ocean view from a very high floor, and the Japanese-style design mixed with modern luxury. It was quiet too, with no road noise. On the 5th floor, the long pool looks out over both the ocean and mountains, and there are ONSEN and sauna facilities. The gym has a good range of machines. Staff were friendly and welcoming. One receptionist spoke Thai, English, Chinese and Japanese, which is handy for international guests. Check-in and check-out both took just 2-3 minutes.

The relaxing atmosphere made this a lovely place to stay. I especially liked the architecture and the room's outstanding view, and the customer service was wonderful.

We booked three rooms for our group on September 13, 2025, two at 58 sqm and one at 40 sqm. The smaller room had an extra bed squeezed in, leaving almost no room to walk around, yet it cost 3,500 THB. Each larger room was 1,600 THB, so that price felt unreasonable and unjustified. At around 21:30 that same day, we raised the problem with the front desk. They offered no proper help and said a slightly larger room would mean paying another 1,000 THB, which didn't feel fair or customer-friendly. After we had to rearrange the rooms ourselves, we called for extra water bottles for the number of guests. We were told to collect them ourselves from the 40 sqm room we'd already moved out of. That was very disappointing and not the kind of service I'd expect from a hotel. We left the experience dissatisfied, having expected better care. Guests shouldn't have to manage these problems during a stay. We request a clear explanation and appropriate compensation, so the incident doesn't harm the hotel's credibility and doesn't happen again.
