B2 Sriracha Premier Hotel

The room size was the one good thing for the price. Otherwise, this was the worst accommodation I've had. I stayed at B2 last time and it wasn't this bad. The room now is old and poorly maintained, with many things unusable, even if not everything needs to be in mint condition. The lobby staff didn't tell us the Wi-Fi password. When I went down to ask, she didn't write it down for us, and even looked annoyed when I asked. She just wanted to say it verbally. The water heater didn't work, and she said there were no maintenance people in. The TV control didn't work either. This was already the second room I'd requested: in the first one, the lights wouldn't turn on. Don't tell me this is simply what I paid for. I could get a much better room and service for almost the same price.

We saw the negative reviews but decided to try our luck. The receptionist and the staff in the parking area were good, and the room was spacious and clean. The AC had a problem at first, but we asked reception to send someone to look at it, and it was okay after he checked. The bathroom was a different story. There was just one small bottle of hair shampoo and one bottle of body shampoo, which felt like too little. There was nowhere to hang towels or clothes, so we had to put them on the basin. The showerhead holder was broken, and the water heater had issues too. We expected a hot shower but ended up with cold water. It's hard to accept these problems at a nice hotel. Are guests supposed to keep holding the showerhead? We won't return. Please improve these things.

The room was spacious and well proportioned, which was the best part. But there were several problems: the TV remote was held together with a rubber band, and the buttons were so hard to press that changing the volume or channel took a long time. The dressing table stool was broken. Luckily I didn't put all my weight on it, but another guest could have had an accident. The bidet sprayer leaked water onto my hand, and there was a short hair in the bathtub even though my own hair is very long. I stayed for two nights and told the front desk about it. The staff member seemed unhappy about the report. When I came back that night, the remote hadn't been replaced and the broken stool was still there. They ignored the issues and gave bad service. I won't go back.

I stayed here for a second time, and this visit was very disappointing. The man who helped me on my first stay spoke well and gave good service. At 9pm on 13/05/2025, the receptionist's service was the worst I've experienced at a hotel in Thailand. I've had better service at a 1 star hotel.
