Royal Vista

The noise made it really hard to rest, and there didn’t seem to be proper management to keep it under control. Our complaints weren’t taken seriously. Hotel Royal Vista was a huge disappointment and a waste of money, the experience brought stress instead of comfort. The room was dirty, with used-looking sheets, an unclean bathroom, and an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping seemed careless or absent, and staff didn’t properly fix anything after I reported it. Service felt unprofessional: staff seemed uninterested and untrained, sometimes rude, and simple requests took ages or were ignored. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, the TV barely worked, and basic amenities were missing. Facilities listed online either didn’t work or weren’t there. For the price, this was unacceptable. This hotel fell short of basic hospitality, and needs better management, cleanliness, and customer service. I’d strongly advise people to stay elsewhere.
