Balcony Courtyard Si Racha Hotel & Serviced Apartments

We've been twice with my son, who is 2 and 4 years old, and both times he loved this place. There's lots for children indoors, including Mini harbour land and Harbour island, plus one outdoor playground. The service was excellent and the facilities are good for kids. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. 😉 We stayed in a harbour room, which was nice and had a mini kitchen. A few things could be better: there's nowhere in the room to hang wet clothes, the restroom door doesn't lock, and the first-floor room with twin beds had mosquitoes. Still, I recommend it for families.

The kids had a great time with the big pools, Harborland, play zones, workshops, and other activities. I was impressed with everything at Balcony Courtyard, including the clean, spacious room and excellent service. I didn't try breakfast this time, but my sister said the food selection was amazing and tasty. We were happy with our family trip in Sriracha. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a kid-friendly hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Breakfast felt unbalanced, and the food took longer than normal to be replenished. The kids' activities and mini Harborland weren't clean or tidy, while the game room was crowded, with long waits and a name registration required each time. I understand the hotel is mainly aimed at children, but it should work for parents too, and I didn't find that here. The room was too small for the price for a family. I wouldn't recommend it for a kids' vacation, given what we paid for the service and accommodation. I hope management takes this feedback and improves things.

The staff were really friendly, and we had a 10/10 stay. Some rooms feel luxurious, while the family room is like having a mini Harborland inside, which is wild. I'd recommend this place to couples and families. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
