4/10
The room itself was good, but the staff seemed poorly trained. They didn't understand that Thai baht couldn't be refunded to a USD card, and argued about giving us a key card without a deposit. They accepted a cash deposit from my driver without checking with me, then refused to return it in cash even after I explained the card issue. The service was very bad, and the staff didn't seem to understand.
