The price was great, and the service was just as impressive.

Parking was easy, the staff were helpful, and our room was clean and worth what we paid, 750 baht. It’s an older hotel that’s been renovated, but the rooms are nice and it isn’t expensive. My small gripe is the opening above the bathroom, which lets smells into the bedroom. They should cover it with a sheet. A little more storage and a towel rack would help, too.

A good value spot for a quiet break when you need to be away from home for work. It has a motel-like feel. The room was clean, and the bed was somewhat hard, but fine for the price. 8/10.

We didn't get into the room until 4:20 PM, nearly two and a half hours after arriving, and the stay was awful from there. I'd booked ahead and reached the hotel at 2:09 PM hoping to rest after a long trip from out of town. Staff said the room wasn't ready and check-in couldn't happen until after 3 PM. There were no nearby cafes to wait at, just an Amazon cafe far away that meant making a U-turn, and the restaurants hadn't opened yet. I think check-in should have been available from 2 PM. After half an hour I messaged the hotel and got no answer. Around 3 PM I called, but was told the room still wasn't ready and staff didn't know what to do. At 4 PM I called again and learned it still hadn't been cleaned. I pointed out that check-in time had long passed and I needed to rest. They finally said they'd hurry the cleaning and offer a room swap or change, but I didn't check in until 4:20 PM. This felt very exploitative. The room itself was in poor shape. The area around the headboard was extremely dirty, as shown in the pictures, and the bathroom was oddly long. There's a gap above its door and no mirror, so bathroom smells get into the room. The PVC pillows and very hard bed were uncomfortable, and there was only one electrical outlet. The old-fashioned air conditioner didn't cool well at night, even on automatic, and I woke up hot and sweaty. There were no windows, and the door needed a loud bang to close, which could bother people in neighboring rooms. Getting online was a hassle. No Wi-Fi password was provided, so I had to ask reception. Even with the password, there was no user account to connect to. The public Wi-Fi worked without a password but was very slow. The downstairs parking area has stairs up to the second-floor rooms, but its lights were broken. We were in an end-room unit and told staff before going to dinner, since we expected parking to be dark and difficult. They said they'd send a technician, but when we got back the lights were still out. We had to use light from neighboring rooms and our phone flashlights. Service and cleanliness were awful, and the hotel didn't match its description. I won't stay here again, one time was enough. Anyone considering it can find a much better hotel elsewhere.
