There was lizard poop on top of the bed frame, and the shampoo bottle had no cap. The light in room A7 was broken. Disgusting!

My room hadn't been cleaned, and I had to ask more than once. Reception ignored my request, then got rude and raised their voice at me. The staff are rude, and I don't recommend staying there.

The room hadn't been cleaned in ages, with rat droppings in the bed and lots of bugs. The toilet leaked too. I can't recommend it at all.

After haggling over the credit card fees, I finally took a look and decided, nah.
