The location is great, the room is spacious and fully furnished with a kitchen, and it’s good value. It seems better suited to a longer stay, though short visits are welcome too. The building does feel a bit old. The door frame and mold around the bath stood out, and the mold smell hit me as soon as I opened the door. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but the bathroom layout leaves water pooling in the inside corner and along the outer edge of the bath. It also runs onto the floor around the dry area, and leaked under the sink, leaving that area wet too. These seem like building issues that may take time to fix, but they’re worth mentioning. You can hear neighbors upstairs and next door talking, dragging chairs, or having “Activities.” The walls don’t block much sound, so you just have to cope with it. The corridor was a bit dirty, apparently from earlier renovation work. It looked like dust, though it wasn’t. Towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided, but the towel seemed old and should be changed soon for hygiene. The softener smell on the sheets and pillowcases was so strong it gave me a headache. Parking is available but limited. Staff service was good, though they could be more professional when handling requests for improvements.

A convenient spot for an overnight stay, with parking and a big shopping center plus plenty of useful stores nearby. The room was clean, had no strange smells, and everything worked. There’s a balcony, kitchen, large fridge, big TV, and a bath. The air conditioners were clean too. I took off a star for a few small things: there was some mold on the shower, which I cleaned up myself, the kitchen tap needs replacing, and there are minor signs of wear in the room. For the price, it’s a good fit and I’d recommend staying here.

We only had one night here, which was a shame. Our room was huge, with a big bathroom, separate kitchen, and large television. There’s private parking underneath the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. Thanks for having us.

The bed was low and hard, and the bathroom looked dirty, with lots of mold around the sink and bath. You can’t fill the bath because there’s no plug. Getting to Robinsons mall takes about five minutes on foot, but the skywalk means going up and down steps that are 10 inches or more high. It’s not good unless you’re young and fit. I’d call the steps dangerous, since I fell twice on the uneven surface. On the plus side, the room was big and clean, with a new 58-inch TV that isn’t smart, a full-size new fridge, and a new microwave. There’s also a balcony for a sneaky ciggy.
