Mukda Resort

The coffee corner is well stocked, but this isn't a real breakfast. There's a better option on Road 101, about 200 meters south after the intersection, marked on Google Maps. This place is built right alongside Road 102 at the junction of busy Roads 101 and 102, so it was noisy both during the day and after dark. It's more of a roadside stop for sales reps and truckers than a resort by Thai or international standards. The rooms have the basic amenities you'd expect for a 24-hour stopover, but service isn't really part of the experience. The fridge and A/C unit were both incredibly loud, like jet engines. Don't be fooled by the name.
