Breakfast arrived at our room whenever we chose, and the restaurant next door had plenty of seafood options. The riverfront view gives you a fascinating look at the local fishing trade. We’d made a mistake with our booking, but the owner kindly moved us to a better room. When booking, be sure to pick one of the four rooms facing the river.

The beds were really comfortable, and bottled water was provided in the room. P’Chaiyai also arranged a boat trip on the river for my friend and me, then checked in to see if we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at Chaiyai river front hotel.

We only stayed one night, but this was one of the best places on our cycling tour. From the terrace, we could see the sea and enjoy the cool breeze, and our room was in a perfect spot. It was a lovely place to relax. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, and the seafood was fresh and delicious, with fair prices clearly printed on the menu. Recommended.

The seafood fried rice at breakfast was a 10/10 for us. There’s a restaurant beside the hotel where you can order drinks and fish if you’re unsure where to eat. The owner speaks English very well and was so nice. He sat and had drinks with us, sharing stories about his life, which we really appreciated. You can also ask him to arrange a massage at the hotel. 5/5, we’d come back.
